Project Information: Approximately 3.3 acres between Fox Hollow Drive and Grove Drive on the west side of Little Road, New Port Richey, Florida. Pasco County is in the process of filing an updated Future Land Use Map Amendment (FLUMA) with the State of Florida. We have filed a request with Pasco County to have the northern parcels designated for commercial uses. The one acre parcel portion of the 3.3 acres located at the northwest corner of Fox Hollow Drive and Little Road has a modified C-2 zoning classification. Pasco County has approved the Site as zoned C-2, but Pasco County modified the C-2 classification, allowing C-1 zoning with the C-1 Special Exemption uses not requiring a public hearing.
